Our normal process for alloy wheel refurbishment is for you to get your car to a local Pristine agent whereby they will remove the wheels and start to process off. Meanwhile, your car has no wheels and is therefore useless to you for the few days it takes to do the work.

The new Exchange program allows you to "select" a set of exchange wheels from our catalogue. Again, all of our agents have a catalogue showing the wheels available. The idea is that the agent requests the wheels from us, we ship them onto the agent and then they fit and balance the wheels for you while you wait. In the meantime, you have FULL use of your car.

We will only exchange "like for like" wheels and will not exchange any that are so damaged they are unsafe or cannot be refurbished.

As a service this is very unique and allows you the full convenience of beng mobile while your refurbished alloy wheels are on the way to the agent. Prices are around the same as normal refurbishment and you can be assured that ALL wheels have been through the Process. As usual, all our wheels are guaranteed.
